Speed Training Every Monday
Great News. Speed training has resumed at the clubhouse on Mondays at 17h30.
Mihan Roos is the driver of the training and will be getting us to work in slower and faster groups.
It is a fun way to get together while getting some serious training in.
Look forward to seeing you there.

The fees remain R150.00 for 2013
for existing members
and R300.00 for new members
(includes a running vest for new members)
