Welcome to the home of the Knysna Marathon Club.  We hope your visit will be enjoyable, informative and lead to you joining us on the road, running all our great races, club runs, time trials or just for a social meeting at our club house.  We meet Thursday afternoons from 17:30 for time trials (5 km + 3 km) or a beer or cool drink at our licensed bar.

We currently host four well supported races on the ASWD calendar namely:

The Two Lagoons (a 32 km and a 10 km as well as a 5 km  event), the very popular Pick n Pay Cape Times Forest Marathon (42.2 km and 21.1 km) and the new format Pick n Pay Waterfront Half Marathon (a 21.1 km, 10 km and a 5 km event) with the Night race (5 km and 10 km  event) on the 16 December to close the year off.

We have a very active development program that is bearing fruitfull results that proof this.  We are constantly scouting for new young talent to introduce to the sport of road running and nurture into balanced adults that will perform to their own ability.  We are very short of young lady runners in the development group and hope to rectify this shortly.
